Certainly there is! There are a couple of technologies that enable “seeing through” objects like walls and rooftops:

X-Ray Chip for Smartphones:

Researchers have developed an imaging chip inspired by Superman’s X-ray vision.
This chip emits high-frequency radio waves (300 GHz) in the millimeter-wave band.
