The system was initially designed by Engerraund Serac and his brother Jean Mi.
Liam Dempsey Sr., the founder of Incite, later took credit for the design.

After Liam Dempsey Sr.'s death, Rehoboam locked out his son, Liam Dempsey Jr., leaving him unable to access or alter the system.
The actual physical system resides in Los Angeles, California, at the bottom of an Incite-owned building.

Rehoboam detected a threat (Dolores) after the Delos parks’ downfall.
